For effective brick cleaning, there are three main ways:

Water solution is a good option, you can even wash the brick under pressure from a hose. But we must remember that under the influence of water on the brick there is a green coating. This is a mold that can also be washed off. But over time, the owner discovers that the spots appeared again, and became even larger. This happens because moisture gets into the microcracks of the brick. Under favorable conditions, a fungus begins to grow, which is very difficult to remove. The solution is not to wash it with clean water, but add an antiseptic that kills mold.
The best way to clean the brickwork from traces of cement will be cleaning with a special paste. All components are already included in it to dissolve dirt, and also abrasive substances. Then the paste itself will need to be washed off with plain water. Paste cleaning is convenient and quick.
Sometimes stains from paint or resin remain on the brick. Any organic solvent (gasoline, acetone, white spirit) will help to cope with them.
It is quite simple to remove the mortar from the bricks, but sometimes it is better not to allow severe pollution. When laying, you need to apply measures to protect the front surface of the brick, then less will have to remove traces from construction work.
