You suddenly have a malfunctioning washing machine, or you have been standing for a long time and dusting the old, do not rush to throw them in the trash. From them you can extract a very useful part in everyday life - a water pump. From it, in the future, you can make a good submersible pump. It will operate from a conventional 220v power supply, and its power will be 30W.
Such a submersible pump is perfect for watering a garden or flower beds. The only thing to consider is its low power. The pump will not be able to lift water from a well or a well, but from any ground structures and barrels, it will completely cope.
Manufacturing instruction
To begin with, you need to remove the pump from the idle machine. Often, it is located below the washing drum. Its main purpose is the transfer of used water from the washing compartment to the sewer.
Next, with a simple extension, disconnect the coil from the pump. We find on it a special connector for connecting the network wire and solder it.

Then, we make a box of slightly larger size from thick paper than the reel itself. We insert the coil into it and fill it with epoxy. Before this, be sure to glue all the cracks with hot glue.

After the resin hardens, and this is about a day, we begin to assemble our future pump. To begin, we connect the pump with the impeller. After, we fix the receiving pipe. Our submersible pump is ready.

Product Testing
Before you start testing the resulting pump, you need to make sure that the product has no cracks or holes where water can get. Otherwise, when the coil comes into contact with water, a short circuit may occur and you will be shocked.
To test the performance, a regular bucket is suitable. We fill it with water and immerse our pump. Before connecting to the network, just in case, make sure that you do not suffer from a possible electric shock. Next, turn on the pump and look at its work.
