The lack of free space in apartments with a standard layout is a common problem. The idea to expand and add free zones by combining a small kitchen with a balcony is an original and functional solution that requires some preparation.

What will combine kitchen with a balcony?

• will increase the lighting in a natural way;
• favorably affect the heat and sound insulation of the kitchen.

How to combine the basic aspects of redevelopment

Start changing your home should be with the signing of certain permits and documents. The presence of such a list of documents will allow combining the kitchen with the loggia in a legal way:

• ready project diagram of the planned redevelopment of the apartment;
• permits from the Fed, MVK, BTI, SES, State Fire Supervision and the architectural bureau;

This option is the most comfortable and preferred, but it is not suitable for everyone - in some apartments it is technically impossible to install a separate heating battery on the balcony.
