4. Sometimes it happens that the green button starts to light up all the time, and the red button flashes only occasionally - this is a general error in the printing equipment or a malfunction in the paper feed. This is most often accompanied by jams.
5. If a red button illuminates from time to time on the panel, this indicates that the cartridge is not inserted correctly. Moreover, such a signal may appear when the housing cover has not been completely closed. To fix this problem, you need to remove the cartridge and insert it back into the slot.
6. If the red button in the Hewlett Packard models starts flashing, then this may be as a result of an incompletely removed tape. To remove it from the printing equipment, you will need to open the housing cover. In addition, packing tape must be removed from the trays.
7. If both bulbs on the printing device light up all the time, then this sometimes indicates some serious problem, which most likely will not work out on its own.
8. It should be noted that for Canon models, a triangle is responsible for determining the trouble code. Accordingly, if this symbol lights up on the printing equipment, then you need to write down the code displayed on the device’s screen, then read what it means in the equipment manual.
