Panel made of disposable forks

For work you will need:

  • disposable forks (from 20 pieces, depending on the planned distance between them);
  • old music records or discs;
  • colored cardboard;
  • ribbons and lace, beads and artificial flowers for decoration;
  • glue gun;
  • scissors;
  • acrylic paints (optional).

Making a frame is not difficult. The work consists of several stages:

  1. To see how the panel will look, it is recommended to spread the forks around the entire circumference of the record / disc before work. You can mark with a pencil the places where the forks will be glued. Only after that should you move on.
  2. The most responsible and painstaking event is gluing the forks to the plate. This must be done carefully so as not to smear the glue on the surface of the future craft.
  3. When the previous stage is completed, you can start decorating the panel with lace and ribbon. This is not difficult to do: one end of the tape needs to be fixed with glue and all the forks are intertwined.
  4. Then the second plate is applied to the cardboard and traced around it. Next, a circle of cardboard is cut out and glued to the plate.
  5. The resulting blank is decorated as desired. After that, it is glued to a plate with forks.

An artificial flower or beads can be glued to the center of the finished panel, and it is recommended to make a loop from a thin satin ribbon on the seamy side.

A doll made of disposable forks and a cup

Such a craft will decorate a student's table, a windowsill with flowers or a shelf with books. It looks original and fun. However, in addition to forks, the main character here is an ordinary plastic glass.

For work you will need:

  • disposable forks (10-15 pieces) and a glass;
  • glue (better if it is "Moment");
  • scissors;
  • decorative eyes, mouth and nose bead.

By the way! It is important that the toy is stable. Therefore, it is better to use dishes made of thick plastic. A coffee paper cup will also work.

The work consists of several steps:

  1. The bottom of the glass is cut off (carefully, since it is to this part of it that the forks will be glued in the future).
  2. To keep the structure stable, the base of the glass can be reinforced. To do this, it is necessary to stick a thin strip of cardboard (no more than 1 cm wide) on its inner part.
  3. The handles are cut off completely from two forks, half from the rest.
  4. The narrow part of the glass is the conditional "head" of the doll. Forks, the handles of which have been cut in half, are glued around the entire circumference of the glass. This is the "hair" of the doll. It is better if they are of different "length". You can also decorate them with sequins and colored threads.
  5. Small slots should be made on the sides of the glass. Handles from forks are inserted into them as accurately as possible. The slots should be small so that the glass does not break and the doll's "hands" do not fall.

Then the eyes, mouth and nose are glued. If desired, the doll can be painted with acrylics.

Decorative panel for the kitchen "Broom"

Such a craft can be made by a child as a gift to his grandmother. A beautiful, unusual and lovingly made panel will decorate any kitchen.

For work you will need:

  • nine disposable forks;
  • thick cardboard;
  • satin ribbon;
  • artificial flower (lush);
  • thick decorative thread;
  • glue gun.

The work is done as follows:

  1. A broom-shaped blank is cut out of the cardboard.
  2. Forks are glued onto the wide part of the workpiece at a distance of 1-1.5 cm from each other.
  3. Then a tape is passed between the teeth. Its edges are also fixed with glue.
  4. The "handle" of the whisk must be wrapped with decorative thread. So that it does not slide off the base, it is treated with glue.

Next, a flower is glued onto the wide part of the corolla, and a loop is made on the seamy side of the handle. So the craft can not only be put, but also hung on the wall.

Toy "Sun"

Such a craft will be a wonderful decoration for a child's room.

For work you will need:

  • thick cardboard;
  • disposable forks (yellow is better);
  • lace or satin ribbon (to match all other elements);
  • glue;
  • scissors;
  • paints or markers.

By the way! If the forks are colored, then you need a bright gouache of the same tone. It is needed to paint the cardboard base.

Stages of work:

  1. Two identical circles with a diameter of 15–20 cm are cut out of cardboard.
  2. If necessary, the blanks are painted (their color and shades of all other parts of the craft must match).
  3. Then forks are glued to one of the circles.
  4. When everything is dry, a second circle is glued. It is important that both bases lie flat, without distortion.
  5. Next, lace (ribbon) is pulled between the teeth of the forks.
  6. After that, you need to draw a joyful face to the sun. This can be done with felt-tip pens or paints.

Such a sun looks beautiful if you hang it on a chandelier, window or wall. Therefore, on the seamy side of the craft, you need to make a loop of thread.

Making your own craft from disposable tableware is not difficult at all. This is an activity that is interesting not only for adults, but also for children. The main thing in it is that they are not afraid to try, improvise and enjoy the process.

Well, if you have already done all the crafts listed in this article, we recommend you another option for the wonderful transformation of plastic forks into interior decoration - fan.
