What is a contingency plan?
The situational plan of a land plot is a special scheme with a graphic representation of the allotment and the surrounding area with designation of the boundaries of the site in the exact form of their location, created on the basis of topographic and geodetic works.

- assessing and analyzing the possibilities of supplying the gas pipeline to the facility;
- design of the supply gas communications;
- carrying out repair work on the gasified area;
- as a demonstration material of the possibility of equipping a house with "blue" fuel when selling a building or a plot.
The drawing contains graphical and analytical data about the object.

A situational plan of a land plot can be made for the purpose of personal information, for the installation of power grids, water supply and other communications. The objects depicted on the document give an accurate idea of the place and how they were carried out.
The documentation consists of 3 parts. Each page is certified with a seal.
The composition includes:
- Project.
- Analytical data.
- Insolation information.
The project is most often executed on A4 paper in a large-scale version 1: 2000. At the same time, the cardinal points, the schematic location of borders, road surfaces, engineering communications, buildings are indicated. Methods for obtaining a document
Individuals or legal entities can obtain a document in 2 ways - in the municipal administrative authorities of the region (in administration, MFC, through State services, in a geodetic organization) or by ordering it from a design firm with the appropriate license.

The most convenient way to get a situational plan is to contact the My Documents center. Here they will tell you in detail what documents you need to collect, make copies of them themselves, and in addition, they will help with filling out the application and suggest further steps.
Despite the fact that the municipal authorities will make it free (for individuals), unfortunately, not every region provides such a service. You can check this possibility in your region on the State Services website or during a personal visit to a government institution, if such information is not marked on the portal.
When choosing this option, you will need to apply in one of the following ways:
- With a personal appearance at the institution.
- By power of attorney or through a legal representative.
- Through the postal service.
- By calling by phone or by email.
It should be understood that regardless of the method of submitting the application, you will have to provide documents in person. Or it is worth clarifying this point during a phone call.
You can also get the results on the readiness of the plan or refusal to make it in person, through the representative of the municipality.

The State Services portal contains detailed information regarding the collection of documents, the procedure and rules for submitting them for the issuance of a situational plan. And also, as grounds for refusal, only possible violations in the collection of documents are indicated, so there should be no problems with registration
Upon receipt of the application, its registration is carried out within 1 business day. The period during which the result of the request appears is, as a rule, 10 calendar working days, the situational plan of the land plot will be fully ready within 30 days.

Of course, they do not simply issue a document. To do this, you must submit to the municipal authorities:
- Passport - original and 1 copy (often photocopies are made by the administration staff themselves, but this point needs to be clarified). In no case should it be sent by mail or left with the employees of the administration. After reviewing the information about the applicant or making copies, the passport is returned to the owner. At the same time, when submitting documents remotely, first specify the possibility of sending only copies.
- Application in original and 1 copy.
- Power of attorney, if the application is submitted by the guarantor.

- Title documents for a land plot or a registration certificate from the BTI.
- Extract from the land survey plan.

To submit an application online through the State Services portal, you must first register on the site, if you do not have an account yet, if you have one, log into your account using your password and login.

Next, you need to find a form for filling out an application, send scans of documents. Do not forget to indicate whether you will receive a response by email, personal visit, or regular post office.
At the MFC, the service is provided with a personal visit. To do this, pre-register for a convenient time or just take a coupon, get in the “live” queue.
For any reason, you may be refused the development of the document. This can happen if you have not provided all the documents or they are damaged, you are not authorized to represent the interests of the owner of the site, the application is filled out incorrectly.

The application itself is filled out according to the approximate sample given to you by the organization. It contains the applicant's personal data - name, series and passport number, by whom and when this document was issued, address and contact telephone number, address of the land plot, its area, cadastral number. The purpose is also indicated - for individual housing construction, private household plots and so on. Do not be afraid to ask a specialist if you are in doubt whether you filled out a particular part of the form correctly.

Be sure, in case of refusal, you will be given or sent by mail a written notification indicating the reasons for refusal, the seal of the institution and signatures. If you do not agree with the refusal, you can appeal it in court, but, as a rule, there are no special problems with this.
Registration in a private company
If for some reason you do not have the opportunity to contact the town planning organization or your municipality does not have such services provides, as a way out, you can contact any private company specializing in geodesy and licensed for such works.
As a rule, private companies provide a situational plan of a land plot in a maximum of 14 days, with a low load - up to 3 days. It is worth noting that the municipality develops a document for free only for individuals, legal entities should compare the prices in both options.

- visiting by specialists of the object for reconnaissance, topographic survey, and so on;
- drawing up graphic documentation and its copies.
After that, the company issues the finished document to the person who ordered it.
Self-development of a situational plan
Many people are interested in the question of whether it is possible to develop a situational plan for gasification on their own, using a sample, and then simply approve it.
Such a desire is not entirely clear, because these are complex engineering calculations, the need to know exactly the location of communications, to have drawing skills. Nevertheless, many try to do this and even post master classes on their creation on the Internet.
