Uneven glue application

The glue should be applied evenly on both parts of the material to be bonded. After application, two parts can be pressed tightly against each other. During compression, glue will invariably come out, which is recommended not to be removed, but left to dry completely.

A dried adhesive layer is much easier to sand than trying to wash off its non-frozen fragments, smeared on the surface of the countertop.
