They cost more, and are built two to three times longer. When buying a house in a new brick building, it is recommended to learn more about the developer and how the house was built, if there were any technological violations. Otherwise, the investment may be unreasonably expensive.

Pay attention to the thickness of the walls, window structures, check whether sound insulation of the floor is carried out.
