The bottom of the well is laid with gravel, which protects the pump from clogging with sand.
Rare use of the well contributes to the accumulation of sludge. It is recommended that the water be pumped periodically so that the pumping device does not become clogged.
As a rule, a well “on sand” has a depth of about 40 meters and can last up to 10 years. It is characterized by ease of drilling and a small excavation.

Abyssinian well is the easiest and cheapest way to get water. It is realized by clogging the well-needle and installing the pump. The water produced in this way is notable for its cleanliness, and the well is leakproof, easy to drill and lasts for a long time. On average, the life of an Abyssinian well is about 30 years.
