How to make?
First you need to do preliminary wall preparation. The old coating must be carefully removed, the cracks closed, and the irregularities sanded. Only a flat surface will be the key to achieving a good result.
Before starting work, you need to collect all the most necessary tools and materials:
- Basin or bath;
- Scotch;
- Putty knife;
- Level;
- Cord;
- Gypsum plaster;
- Roller;
- Pigment or paint;

When the surface is ready, and everything is in place, you can start:
- The plaster is diluted according to the instructions attached to it, and the selected type of dye is immediately added to it. You can knead the solution manually, but to save time and energy it is better to use a drill. The resulting consistency in its viscosity should be a bit like sour cream. It is not recommended to immediately make a large volume. After all, it is necessary to slow down a little, as the solution dries, becoming unfit;
- The surface on which the plaster will be applied must be pre-drawn in height and horizontally. The drawing is painted with a paint corresponding to the shade of the solution. After it dries, tape is glued on top. It is very important to apply horizontal lines first, and vertical lines above them;
- Plastering is in progress. After hardening, you can begin to remove the previously glued adhesive tape by gently pulling the horizontal lines. Only after the plaster has completely dried can you start coating it with the finishing decor.

The bulk of the costs incurred to implement the described option is to purchase gypsum plaster. The cost of this material starts from 300 rubles. per bag, a multiple of 30 kg. The approximate consumption of plaster per 1 m2 is 8.5 kg. The calculation shows that the cost of 1 m2 does not exceed 50 rubles.

The described method is an excellent budget option, implementing which, you can give uniqueness to any style of interior.
