- Hammer and drill;
- The expansion bolt shield of 6 mm of diameter.
First of all, you must turn off the electrical power. After making sure that there is no electricity in the outlet, you can begin to dismantle it. Disassembling the outlet involves removing the cover, loosening the clamps and disconnecting the wires.
Having released the “socket” of the outlet, you need to insert a new plastic box into it, in which holes for electrical wires are made in advance. Often, the diameter of modern boxes is smaller than the opening, so there are no problems with size matching. If the element comes in with difficulty, then you can use a hammer.
In the case when the box is vice versa - less than necessary, it is drilled and attached to the wall. The absence of a perforator can easily compensate for alabaster mortar.
The described method is very simple, it will require minimal financial costs and a little effort.
