Also, the passage rooms are a big inconvenience if the family lives in the apartment, since one room will become like a corridor. It is very difficult to get a sensitive person to sleep, and to anyone who loves privacy.

In apartments of any type: secondary or primary, there are options for an uncomfortable room shape. Such examples include L-shaped rooms, which dramatically reduce the usable area, preventing the normal arrangement of furniture. Also in the L-shaped rooms there is a problem with natural light, which is not enough for the whole space.

Often, the layout does not take into account the proper arrangement of doors and windows. When renting an apartment, the first ones may open in the wrong direction or be located in an uncomfortable place, when the door directly interferes with the surrounding space and looks inappropriate.

Layouts are considered unsuccessful, where all the windows face the north or south side. In the first case, the apartment will constantly have a shortage of sunlight and cold, in the second the tenants will live behind the curtains and in constant heat.
