Official permission

- Document authorizing registration from HOA;
- Contract for the control of work by a special body conducting technical supervision.

The whole procedure of approval and official approval may stretch for six months with self-registration.
Thorough warming
Warming is one of the most important stages of remodeling, since now the balcony is part of the room, it should not bring large heat losses. What to consider when cladding:
- Be sure to insulate the outer part of the balcony and parapet;

- All cracks are sealed with a mounting foam, which is then coated with protective compounds;

Solve electricity problems
