In the second embodiment, flour or starch is used, mixed with water at room temperature in a 1: 3 ratio. After thorough kneading, the composition is put on low heat and boiled until boiling. After the liquid has boiled, it must be removed from the heat and cool. In this case, you can not use extreme methods in order to cool the finished glue faster.
