But not when you are holding dishes with a non-stick coating: Teflon, ceramic, marble or titanium. The fact is that such a surface requires careful handlingand many of these substances are quite corrosive. From this, the integrity of the coating is violated.

The easiest and most affordable option is to use soap.

1 way

You will not need a bar or even liquid soap, but soap solution. But for its preparation, both a bar and a liquid composition are suitable.
With fresh pollution, it is not necessary to make it very saturated, do not add a lot of soap to the water:

  • Pour the prepared solution into a frying pan and put it on fire.
  • Bring to a boil over low heat.
  • After disconnection, leave for 40-60 minutes.
  • Drain water and food particles.
  • Rinse the pan thoroughly with warm water.

Reference. The use of a soapy solution is good for small fresh stains with a small amount of grease.

2 way

For strong old dirt, you will need a more saturated solution based on grated laundry soap. You can rub the bar yourself, or you can purchase ready-made soap shavings.

  • Cover the bottom of the pan with rubbed soap.
  • Fill with water so that it covers the shavings by 1–2 cm.
  • Put on low heat, heat without boiling.
  • Leave to act with soap for 2-3 hours.
  • Rinse the pan thoroughly with clean water.

If a layer of fat remains in the pan after cooking, a different composition will help. We cook it on the basis of vinegar:

  • Pour warm water into the dish.
  • Add 3-4 drops of vinegar.
  • We put on fire and bring to a boil.
  • We wash the dishes with warm water.

Soda

You can also use soda for cleaning.. The principle is the same: pour in a soda solution, boil it, leave it for a while, wash it.

Proportions: for 1 liter of water 100 g of soda.

Advice. You can add a few drops of liquid soap or dish soap to the baking soda.

Your cookware will be safe if you don't repeat the mistakes that non-stick pans cannot tolerate.

Important! Allow the pan to cool completely on the stove before cleaning and washing. Do not speed up the process with cold water! A sudden change in temperature will negatively affect the coating.

  • Do not use cleaning agents that are called abrasive. They contain quite tough particles that scratch the bottom and sides of the pan, destroying the coating.
  • For the same reason you can not use dry soda.
  • Undiluted liquid substances, which have the same destructive effect, are also not suitable.. These include vinegar, citric acid, or harsh chemicals. If you no longer have anything else to clean, dilute a small amount of these substances in water.
  • Do not use coarse brushes or washcloths for washing.
  • No effort should be madeto clean the dishes quickly. This will not help, but it will definitely ruin the frying pan!
