When I first got to my new kitchen (we were buying an apartment on the secondary market), I was against the purchase precisely because I had no idea what could be done with it. The previous owners had some kind of narrow, protruding cabinets in niches, and it didn't look very good (to put it mildly). But there were many more arguments in favor and we bought a house. With the help of designers and individual planning, it turned out to make a functional kitchen with 8 corners and use a ventilation box to fit your needs. The facades are recessed directly into the niches, with one upper cabinet at a 90-degree angle. Nearby, a refrigerating opening was slightly expanded and a small mezzanine was made above it. The refrigerator organically continues the line of facades, it does not interfere with the passage, and a sink is located nearby. There is little room left to place the dishes. And, surprisingly, there was also a place for a dishwasher.

The supporting column in our case zoned the space of the 9-meter kitchen into 2 zones - a washing and a cooking zone. The table top is plastic, with a high-quality imitation of natural stone. It is dark brown, darker than the upper facades and visually attracts attention. We covered the apron area with light gray tiles that echo the floor.

Inside the modules, Hettich fittings were used - hinges with a door closer, folding mechanisms, guides. This is a German product of high quality and excellent functionality, which came in handy in non-standard solutions.
