The owners thought for a long time about how to arrange a new apartment. While the construction work was being carried out, the development of a design project was started. The hostess planned to combine the style provence and loft. The owner decided to look on the Internet how the space would look like. Wood and bricks are what you need. There are very few things in the apartment that differ from the originally created project.

Maximum functionality was required. I wanted to make sure that there were no empty spaces. The landlord did not want to use plastic parts. But the furniture did not allow this. This moment has become a minus.

The designers offered to choose the self-leveling floor that is actual today. With its help, you can create a single space and successfully simulate concrete. It is incredibly warm and pleasant to the touch.

You can walk barefoot on this floor. For the first time, installers installed such an Italian-made floor. The workers were assembling the cabinet and disassembling the furniture. They decided there was no gender yet. In fact, it just had dirt on it.

The stone, which was chosen for the partial decoration of the walls in the living room, was acquired by the owners quite by accident. They were looking for material. In one of the stores, already at the exit, the seller called out to them. Customers refused to order because they were not satisfied with the color. The owners of the apartment needed this very luxurious color. This series is rare, experimental. It is produced in Belarus.

In the kitchen, I wanted to create a worktop for real professional chefs. The cost of the table was $ 100. It is likely that he could have cost significantly more.

There was a need to expand the balcony doorway. Doors made in Belarus. In the summer they are completely opened. Manages to create a successful continuation of the kitchen. There the owners of the apartment drink tea, coffee and enjoy the taste of their favorite dishes. This is a significant plus.

We were looking for a cast iron battery with an unusual pattern for a long time. The search took three months.
