Pastel brown kitchen with matte and glossy facades

Our Milano kitchen is a wonderful combination of pastel matte modules and incredible gloss. All interior techniques are simple (contrast, beauty of wood), but how wonderful the final result is!

The furniture belongs to the art deco style. These are luxurious headsets that impress with their great looks. In our case, the main decorative element can be considered an exotic wood and stylized MDF pilasters covered with glossy enamel, with polished brass inserts. These elements made the headset very sophisticated.

The furniture case is made of MDF 16 mm thick, covered with Renner matt enamel. It is a versatile Italian acrylic with a very resistant surface. The facades are made of MDF, the lower part is made in glossy pastel enamel, and the upper part is covered with natural Lyswood veneer under a glossy varnish. Initially, we were offered several options for combined facades, but we chose this one as the most attractive.

Other names for the Layswood breed are the northern silky oak or snake tree. It is an Australian endemic with an interesting scaly pattern. The large, heart-shaped rays of the tree produce a rough and unusual texture. During the day it is simply incredible beauty of the surface, and in the evening the crystal chandelier is reflected in the upper facades, as in a mirror.

The upper and lower fronts can be opened by light pressing. All fittings are from the Austrian company BLUM. These are high-quality pull-out systems, hinges and lifts in the upper sections, allowing you to use the furniture extremely comfortably and maximize its service life.

The hood is combined with a BORA hob (Germany) and connected to the recirculation mode. It works in a closed-loop system, without being connected to the ventilation system.

The built-in German refrigerator LIEBHHER is hidden behind the wide pastel facades, above it there are small mezzanines, and next to it there is a part with pull-out sections, which made it possible to fill the cabinet space as functionally as possible.

SANTAMARGHARITA brown quartz top. The color of its surface echoes the Lyswood veneer, and inclusions of quartz under artificial lighting glare, like the upper facades. A separate waste collection system is installed under the sink.
