Rules for the operation of gas equipment
The operating rules can be found in the current regulatory documents, such as the Resolution of the Gosstroy of Russia dated September 27, 2003 No. No. 170, Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the country dated 21.07.2008 No. 549 and dated 14.05.2013 No. 410.
According to these and other documents, the owners are responsible for the serviceability of the gas equipment. Replacement of appliances that are an integral part of in-house gas equipment is carried out by specialized organizations when this is spelled out in the relevant contract. You cannot change these devices yourself, bypassing a specialized institution.
From one scheduled maintenance to another, the owners are responsible for the safe operation of gas equipment. At the same time, they must not violate the rules for the consumption of blue fuel in a house or apartment.
The frequency of inspection of gas equipment is at least once every 36 months. When the gas equipment has completed its allotted time, inspection and maintenance is carried out annually.
