Homemade sprayer for a tractor: features, advantages, work procedure

Treatment of cultivated plants with anti-pest drugs largely affects the yield. On large-scale sites, such events are carried out using a mini-tractor, which is equipped with an additional device - sprayer, which can be done with your own hands.

The manufacturing work will take no more than 2-3 days and will not require any specific skills or tools.

Need to find:

• steel container with a volume ranging from 200 to 300 l;
• several thick pipes with a rectangular or round cross-section;
• a small plastic tube;
• metal corners - for assembling the frame;
• electric pump with a voltage of 12 V.

The assembly process begins with welding the frame. Further:

• the resulting structure (frame) is supplemented with tubes in which holes are made for spraying;
• the container is located on the frame and securely fixed (with thick bolts);
• a pump is installed in the tank.

The device itself is ready. Now you need to install it on agricultural equipment. This is best done with bolts. The homemade product is attached to the platform at the rear of the mini-tractor.

If you make the device’s rod movable, then setting up watering will be faster and easier. To do this, you need to take the screw used in the jack of a passenger vehicle.

The structure will be controlled using hydraulics, which is included in the basic device of the tractor.

The homemade product is suitable for processing areas of up to 20 acres. The device will cope with the functions assigned to it no less effectively than factory equipment.
