Surely you didn’t know that in your bathroom you have the best assistant in everyday life, which is also versatile. It will get rid of bruises, will be useful for repairs, will put the dacha plot in order, and will help with other everyday little things.

Regular soap can boast of all these cool things. Therefore, you should not rush to take the soap to the trash or wash the container of the liquid product. Try using it in other conditions, and not for its intended purpose.

What are the differences between different types of soap?

The principle of the effect of any soap on dirty hands is almost the same, so it doesn’t matter what product you prefer: lump, liquid, household or baby, antibacterial or fragrant. Any soap mixes with dirt molecules, and then you wash off all the dirt and bacteria with water.

There is one important advantage of any soap - it does not accumulate germs. Lump - due to the alkaline environment, liquid - due to special additives and storage conditions. So it is almost impossible to transmit any infection to another person through soap. But it is advisable to rinse the lump a little after use.

• Economic. Does not contain fragrances or dyes, the principle of operation is “the more oily, the better it cleans.” Often used in everyday life for cleaning.
• Toilet. Essential oils, flavors, useful things such as glycerin, plant extracts and vitamins are added to the composition, but synthetic dyes may also be present. True, the ingredients in high-quality soap are mostly natural.
• Children's. Available in pieces or in liquid form. Feature - made on the basis of natural substances, and therefore completely safe for your baby.
• Antibacterial. It contains various antiseptic additives, but there is no need to abuse this product: it can dry out the skin and disrupt the water-fat balance.

Ways to use soap in non-standard ways

Soap is used not only to wash hands, although it copes with its direct task perfectly well. But there are several other areas where it can be useful, and also with success.

From weeds

Weed control is a separate part of the life of any summer resident. It is especially difficult to deal with plants that grow through asphalt or tiles. Naturally, they are capable of ruining the appearance of any area, even the most neat and well-groomed.

To get rid of annoying weeds, you need to prepare a solution:

• 2 hours l. liquid soap;
• 1 glass of white vinegar;
• 2 tbsp. l. salt.

The resulting mixture must be mixed very well and poured into a spray bottle. Then the weeds need to be sprayed with the composition, preferably in the heat. Repeat the procedure once within 7 days, and within a week there will be no weeds on the site.

From ants

These insects can drive anyone crazy, especially if not just one ant, but a whole flock has run by. To get rid of them, you also need to prepare a remedy:

• 1 tbsp. l. liquid soap;
• 1 tbsp. l. hydrogen peroxide;
• 1 tbsp. l. mouthwash (any kind).

All this needs to be mixed well and treated those surfaces on which ants most often appear.

From insect bites

If you are bitten by a mosquito, horsefly, wasp or midge, then wipe the wound with soap, after wetting it a little. It will soothe the skin, relieve itching and even disinfect the bite site.

For furniture

If you have a four-legged friend living at home who wants to chew the legs of the furniture, then lubricate them with a little bar of soap. The animal will definitely not like the smell of the product, and not everyone likes the soapy taste.

For bruises and bruises

Due to its alkaline base, the soap perfectly “delays” bruises and prevents the appearance of a lump after a bruise. All you need to do is rub the affected area of ​​the body with a piece of soap to avoid swelling.

If you have a severe runny nose or have been suffering from sinusitis for a long time, then you need to grate a bar of soap and melt the shavings in milk. Then add a little honey and onion. Soak a cotton swab with the resulting mixture and make a lotion for the nose.
