Add water to the saucepan, where the wild rose was boiled so that it turns out 2.5 liters. Add 2 tbsp.honey and grated berry mass. Bring everything to a boil and pour into sterilized jars. Roll up and wrap.
Compote of dried berries with orange juice
This compote of rosehip is very rich and slightly acidic. Before use, it can be diluted with water( boiled) in a 1: 1 ratio.
To make a drink:
- Pour 1.5 liters of water into a saucepan, let it boil and then cool slightly.
- When the water becomes warm, pour 0.5 kg of dry rosehip and leave for 10 hours.
- After the specified time, select the fruit and strain the water itself.
- Cut the swollen berries in half and carefully select the seeds. Rinse again, so that no villi remain.
- Peel one orange.
- In a separate bowl squeeze orange juice.
- Strain the water, in which rosehip insisted, put on the fire, add 700 g of sugar, 2 cinnamon sticks and orange zest. Bring to a boil to melt the sugar.
- Fill the peeled rosehip and pour in the orange juice, let it boil again and turn it off.
- When the syrup has cooled, remove the fruit with a slotted spoon and place it in the jars, and boil the syrup again for 5 minutes.
- Pour dogrose in cans with hot syrup, sterilize for 10 minutes and roll up.

Compote of fresh apples and rosehip by pouring
To enhance the taste, add to the drink a variety of fruits and berries. You can make a delicious rosehip compote for children using dried berries and fresh apples. Fruits are better to take small sizes( paradise apples can be), because they are put entirely.
