  2. The plant contains a large list of micro and macro elements: iron, zinc, magnesium, selenium, calcium and others. It helps to fight diseases of the cardiovascular, urogenital system, problems of the liver, skin, gastrointestinal tract.
  3. The beneficial properties of amaranth are high protein content. For the human body, it is several times more useful than milk.
  4. The use of such a plant allows you to deal with depressive conditions, as well as diseases of the nervous system.
