- Remove the husks from the onions and cut them into small cubes.
- Wash, peel and chop the mushrooms into small pieces.
- On a heated, greased frying pan, put chopped onion and stir fry until lightly golden brown.
- Add to it, chopped mushrooms and stew for about five minutes - seven minutes on low heat. After that, the filling must be removed, let it cool and drain the oil.
- Drain water from ready potatoes, cool and mince. You can mash with a blender. It is much faster.
- Add flour, eggs, a little vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
- Knead the dough as you usually do. It should make a soft, supple texture.
- Split the dough into small pieces from which to form the patties.
