Design description

Moisture-proof luminaires can be used in dusty and chemically-polluted rooms (even in those where vapors are aggressive towards metal), due to the fact that they are equipped with special aluminum case. Connections to the mesh are made using welds, the mesh consists of high-quality alloy steel. Under the grill is located directly the hood, which is made of heat-resistant silicate glass.

Silicate glass is used for lamps of the SIEU, PSX, NPP, LSP, VZG, VEH, ZhSP, DRL series lamps (protected shade for flat ceiling lamps). Thanks to this design, the luminaires perfectly tolerate physical impact, shock loads and vibration.

Street lamp models, by definition, have a smaller grid pitch, therefore, they can act as anti-vandal or ZhEK lamps, this is necessary for increased protection of devices. They fully comply with all airbags and RSPs, are used in vibration-prone rooms, for lighting of entrances and streets (they have a climatic modification of UHL1 and UHL2, depending on the specific models).

The silicate surface in relation to the housing is sealed tightly, this is necessary in order to avoid penetration of liquid substances, gases and solids onto the lamp working parts (contacts and cartridge) particles. This design also helps protect LED bulbs from physical damage.

It should be noted that many types of NSP01, NSP17, NSP11, NSP26, NSP44, NSP47 are made with reflective parts of steel sheets, which significantly increases their reflectivity and enhances light flow. To enter the gland electrical cable, only one output is allocated. Light can be different: red, white, yellow.

The light source is an incandescent lamp with a standard output, socles e27 and e40, depending on the purpose of the bulb. The most commonly used luminous component is 60 watts. If there is no incandescent lamp, then it is permitted to use any other similar to it. Which has the same overall dimensions (base, width), and technical specifications (power, light level).

Installation is carried out on a metal pipe in a vertical position with indicators GЗ / 4-В. A metal profile or hook is attached directly to this armature, which, depending on the requirements, can be either horizontal or vertical. Installation must be carried out at a distance of 3-5 meters from the floor, the same requirement is met when attaching lamps with an NGO motion sensor.
