How to drill walls without dust

How to get rid of the need to clean the room after drilling the walls?

To do this, you need an ordinary plastic bag and tape. Using adhesive tape, you need to glue the package exactly under the place of future drilling. Thanks to this method, all the dust that occurs during drilling will fall into the bag, which will need to be peeled off the wall upon completion of work and disposed of.

The second method is to use special drill pads, which can be purchased at almost any hardware store. The pads are made of durable and flexible silicone, which envelops the drill and collects all the dust that occurs during drilling.

In this case, you should correctly select the silicone elements, focusing on the diameter of the drill. The pads are in the form of corrugations, and therefore can stretch and contract under pressure. Thanks to this, you can independently control their height values.

After drilling the walls, carefully separate the casing from the surface. If you do this quickly and carelessly, dust particles can get on the floor and the use of a special device can be called inappropriate.

Using improvised tools

If there is no time to visit the construction store, and there was no scotch tape at hand, you can use the means at hand. For such purposes, the sewer tee 110x50 is optimal.

In a large connector, you need to place a drill and complete all installation work. Dust can be disposed of from the tee by using an ordinary vacuum cleaner by installing its hose in a small connector.

Thanks to imagination and unpretentious actions, any repair work can be carried out even after finishing the premises. The most important thing is that you need to be very careful and not rush. Indeed, in a hurry, you can get holes in the wall, which in the future will require restoration.
