Its solution has been known for a long time - a powerful electric motor is used, which is tuned under a single-phase electric current splitter to a three-phase one. If it is available, you can use power tools that require three phases to operate.
As the main element - a powerful electric motor - you can use, for example, the old, produced back in Soviet times, with a power of 3.5 kW, windings included by the "star".
The circuit you need to get requires several elements to create. It is necessary, in addition to the motor indicated above, to stock up with a common power switch, a start button, a capacitor of 100 microfarads.
According to the scheme, a single-phase current of 220 V is supplied to the outputs of two motor windings and along one of the lines to the third through a capacitor. The latter can be started / disabled by a built-in line switch. Zero-phase voltage is removed from the output of the motor winding to which the capacitor is connected. Two phases - from the remaining outputs of two windings.
The operation of the device is as follows. A single-phase power is supplied to the electric motor. Press the start button, than turn on the capacitor and start the motor. As soon as the latter is well untwisted, the capacitor is turned off. Further, at the outputs, you can connect electrical appliances that require a three-phase voltage.
In order for the entire device to turn out portable, it is mounted on a case that is a hollow shape in the form of a cube, the sides of which are welded from the corners. In the lower part, a base of OSV is arranged, on which an electric motor, a power switch, a start button, a capacitor are mounted. Handles are arranged on top, which are used when carrying the entire structure. At the output, an extension cord is made of a three-core flexible cable, the end of which is provided with a three-pin outlet.
According to the results of operation, the circuit is operating normally. There is a recommendation to use as a splitting electric motor with a power of at least 1 kW more than the load is equipped with. In this embodiment, the drawdown of the latter is eliminated with a sharp increase in load.
According to the proposed scheme, a pure sine is observed at the output, the breakdown of which is exactly 120 °. This provides the connected equipment with high-quality power.
