5. Fixed formwork is suitable for the construction of a low-rise building. In addition, the technology is expensive because it requires additional components, for example, ventilation systems. The maximum that you can build is a two-story building with foam block walls.

6. Construction is expensive because of the materials and hiring of workers and the use of special equipment for leveling, connecting structures and other matters.

In addition, the walls created with the permanent formwork made of foam- and polystyrene do not differ in environmental friendliness, since the material releases substances that adversely affect human health.
