Why textured paint began to swell

Causes of Durability

There are few reasons for bloating. If the coating is swollen, most likely:

• Low-quality paint, or it has expired.
• For the selected paint, the composition of the base on which it is applied is not suitable.
• Failure to follow instructions for using paint or primer, such as improper indoor climate, improper drying of soil or paint itself.
• Incorrect coating.
• Adding plenty of water.

Ink application technology

In the longevity of the finish, the correct preparation of the walls and the technology of applying the paint play an important role. The indoor climate is also important. It is best if during the work there is no rain, that is, high humidity, intense heat and direct sunlight before drying.

Firstly, you need to thoroughly clean the walls of old coatings, dirt and stains. If the wall had to be washed, you need to wait at least a week before it dries completely before continuing work. Then apply plaster and putty, trying to make the surface as smooth as possible. Also wait for the complete drying of the layers.

Be sure to dry the putty to treat the wall with an acrylic primer of deep penetration, and also wait for drying.

Apply textured paint mainly with a spatula or roller made of fur or foam, observing one direction during application. The paint layer should not be made less than 4-5 mm. Its thickness depends on the type of pattern to be applied. Some drawings are deeper. The layer dries for at least 12 hours, sometimes two layers are applied. After finishing work, the wall should be treated with care and wait for the final fixing of the result for a couple of weeks.
