Materials that will be needed for work

1. Empty bottle;
2. Acetone and cotton wool;
3. Acrylic paints;
4. Fine-grained sandpaper;
5. Decoupage napkin with rose elements;
6. Synthetic brushes;
7. PVA glue;
8. Brush;
9. Matt varnish;
10. Jute and beads.

Bottle decorating process

1. At the first stage of the work, it is necessary to prepare the surface of the bottle. To do this, degrease the bottle with acetone and cotton wool. Then we apply a golden paint on the entire glass surface.

1. Next, you need to paint the bottle with white paint. It will serve as the main background.

1. We also apply white paint in two steps to make the background dense.

1. Let's start decoupage. Using the tearing method, we extract roses of suitable size from the napkin. For work, you need a top layer of a napkin.

1. We apply decorative elements of the napkin to the bottle. Then we cover the elements with a thick layer of glue. In this case, we use a wide fan brush. Move the brush from the center to the edge.

1. The napkin is glued. The glue should dry completely.

1. After the glue has dried, you can proceed with further work. At this stage, let's start aging the bottle surface. To do this, use sandpaper to clean the upper layers of white paint. We work on the protruding ribbed parts of the bottle and on the neck. In places of scuffs, golden paint should be visible.

1. Next, take a toothbrush and wet it in black paint. Then gently run your finger over the bristles. From the actions performed, small black dots will remain on the bottle. This is exactly the effect we need to get.

1. In order for the drawing on the bottle to turn out to be voluminous, it is necessary to draw some elements of the roses. To draw roses we use pink and red acrylic paints. We also fill the voids with golden paint.
