For use as disposable tableware, take waterproof paper and do not use such a craft several times.

Mug from A4 sheet

It is not difficult to find waterproof sheets on the market. Take one of these, its format should be equal to the usual landscape. Fold diagonally and unfold. We bend the remaining part in half with a "slide".

We break the right side back diagonally. We turn the workpiece 90 degrees to form a right angle. We make stable folds, as indicated in Figure 4. We put the valves on the surface inside. So the mug will not fall apart from the slightest movement.

We form the handle in a zigzag - it will be more comfortable and stronger. The final touch is to press down on the bottom edge with your finger to get an even bottom. Disposable origami tableware is ready.

Paper cup for a postcard

Nowadays, communication is based on instant messengers and e-mail. Therefore, it will be doubly pleasant to receive an invitation to tea with a postcard made in the shape of a cup. All you need is paper and some free time.

The manufacturing guide includes several steps:

  1. We take a sheet with dimensions 15 * 15 cm. It is desirable that it be decorated with an ornament or a stylish pattern.
  2. Fold it in half along a straight vertical line.
  3. Open and fold to the right and left towards the center.
  4. We fold the lower corners to the middle of the structure.
  5. We bend them on top of each other to get the "bottom" of the future mug.
  6. We turn the craft over and see a rhombus - it needs to be stretched in different directions so that the product is stable.
  7. Cut and glue the handle separately.

All that remains is to issue an invitation and send it to the addressee, whom you so want to see at your place.

Thick and durable paper mug

Experts recommend making a two-piece water-repellent paper cup, where the handle is constructed separately. This will close the path to form a hexagon or square. This will make it possible to put liquid into it without fear of spillage.

We act according to the following scheme:

  1. We divide a square of paper with dimensions 6 * 6 cm into five parts on one side and three parts on the other. Cut out to create a handle for the mug.
  2. We divide paper with dimensions 15 * 15 cm into nine parts - this is the basis of the future cup.
  3. Draw diagonal lines with a pencil and fold them, as shown in Figure 2.
  4. We assemble the model according to the scheme. Docking the edges inside the glass, glue it.
  5. Fold the blank for the handle in three and attach it to the base.

The product is ready. When it dries, you can pour water into it and drink it calmly without fear of leakage.

The first disposable cups appeared in China. At first, in the origami technique, only ritual utensils were made, as well as children's toys. Then they began to use thick paper to make cups for tea. They were carried out without a handle.
