In our speech, the word "eclecticism" came from the Greek language, it means "selective" or "chosen." In fact, it is, because the eclectic style is a mixture of several styles, moreover, different from each other. Eclecticism in the interior

It is also chosen by families, when several generations live in one house at once, for each person it will turn out to create the most comfortable corner for him in his usual things.

Eclecticism is characterized by the use of a large number of textiles, an abundance of ethnic motifs and decor.

Living room

It is in the living room that the family spends most of their time together, and here they meet the guests. First of all, this room should be comfortable, for this upholstered furniture is best suited - a sofa and a pair of armchairs, as well as a large number of decorative pillows. Dense and heavy curtains should be used for windows. Walls can be decorated with paintings, posters, photographs. As a rule, the ceiling is light, but it can be sand or even olive.

The fireplace will look great in an eclectic-style living room. Moreover, it is best to use a decorative model, although it can not be used for heating premises, but the surface of the fireplace will be a great place to store things and figurines brought from different countries.

If the room is large, then you can arrange a separate corner for reading or needlework, the most important thing is not to forget about suitable lighting. The eclectic style bedroom has many design options. For more romantic natures, pink tones of decoration, complemented by patterned curtains, are perfect. Moreover, the old grandmother's chest of drawers can perfectly fit into the design interior of such a bedroom.
For more serious people, the bedroom can be made in a fairly neutral color, but with the obligatory bright decor. On the walls you can hang catchy paintings or black and white photographs. Kitchen

After the living room, this room is the second most popular use. Its arrangement is approached with special care. The most important thing is the functionality of such a zone, do not litter any free space very much, but do not forget about decorating the interior with small and very pleasant trinkets.
