In accordance with Article CAO 8.1, a penalty is imposed for non-compliance with environmental requirements when carrying out construction work, when garbage is thrown away in the wrong places. The law applies to both private ownership and municipal. It also covers the industrial release of construction waste beyond the boundaries of the construction site.

The fine for individuals is 1000-2000 rubles, and for legal entities - 20,000-100,000 rubles. At the same time, construction debris will still have to be cleaned up either on our own or by contacting a special organization. If this is not done on time, new fines will be imposed.
