If you buy a chandelier of the old Soviet model, then it can be fixed directly to the hook protruding from the concrete slab. The latter option is considered preferred by non-professionals.
As decorative lighting, you can use LED tires, which are recommended to be installed around mirrors that can visually increase a cramped room. If you buy a wardrobe, inside which to install a mirror, and on the contrary - a sconce with powerful lamps, then the level of illumination can be radically increased.
