Chandelier is the only source of light

It should be understood that such a lamp itself has more aesthetic value than practical. The light in it is often not bright enough. That is why, in addition to it, you need to put sconces, floor lamps and other lamps.

However, it makes no sense to illuminate the whole room as a whole. It is enough to select certain corners near which you are most often located.

Low doors

In those distant days, when people bowed at the entrance to someone's house, low doors may have been relevant. But in our time it is extremely inconvenient.

There is also a fairly common misconception that tall doors will only work well with similar ceilings. However, this is only a myth. In fact, such a solution is not only convenient, but also beautiful. Regardless of the height of the room.

Wooden floor

Bare walls

Minimalism is not appropriate in everything and not everywhere. In the 21st century, works of art of every genre, paintings for every taste are widely available. You can always turn to a knowledgeable person who will tell you how to correctly fit a colorful canvas into the atmosphere of the room. But you should never be afraid of your own taste preferences. You can even hang a work of your own authorship. Anything is better than bare walls.

All over the world, it has gone out of fashion for quite some time. However, in Russian houses it is still more common than we would like. There are many more modern alternatives, and you can mix different styles. For example, spread the "deck" around the edges, and make a "Christmas tree" in the center. It will look much more interesting than the boring "classic".

Storing obsolete things

Vintage items may well become a "feature" of your composition. However, they should not get out of the picture. A mixture of radically different styles rarely works, so if the interior is modern, down with old trinkets!
