The renovation in the kitchen was carried out without resorting to the help of designers. Everything is thought out independently. At the same time, it was decided to make a small redevelopment, the purpose of which was to change the location of the entrance to the kitchen away from the toilet.

There are no upper cabinets. This was conceived because the owners of the apartment are tall, and in order not to cling to the open doors of the wall cabinets with their heads, it was decided to abandon them altogether. There is already enough space in the spacious kitchen for storing dishes and equipment. Laminate on the floor, wallpaper on the walls. Moreover, everything is done by hand.

In general, the kitchen is made in black and white colors. The good thing about this solution is that you can add any other shades to it for contrast and mood. For example, as here, a green tablecloth, flowers on the windowsill, a juicy green chalk board.

Despite the fact that the owners do not have any special education in the field of design and decor, the general view of the interior in the kitchen is quite impressive. The main thing is the desire to do everything yourself, so that it is pleasant to be in the apartment. No designer is able to accommodate all wishes. This intuitive approach helped transform the "family nest" to meet the needs of the hostess. The selection of the necessary materials, thinking over the details - all this is a very exciting activity that the young spouses liked.

Of course, as in any repair, there were also certain difficulties associated with changing outlet locations, installing hoods and masking pipes in the kitchen.

Misunderstanding on the part of close relatives also did not pass by. The lack of shelves in the kitchen, the colors selected for the interior decoration, and the decorative brick wall in the gas stove operation area provoked a lot of questions. However, in addition to the fact that the wall looks very impressive, it is also easy to clean.

During the renovation, the task was not to succumb to the general trend of "accommodating all the colors of the rainbow in one room." Very often, before renovating a particular room, people watch a lot of TV programs devoted to this topic, and then they begin to "create". In this kitchen, all the accents are well thought out and built so that there is no multi-colored bad taste within one room.

At the same time, there are many interesting solutions in the room. An unusual clock, a corner brick wall, a door decorated with black and white comics.

Furniture and textiles are mainly produced in Belarus. Very high quality and practical. The confidence in the manufacturer has only increased. Especially the owner of the apartment likes Belarusian textiles, with which it is pleasant and convenient to work with. She made the curtains myself, decorated pillows and ottomans. Even handmade lampshades, with some elements purchased from specialized stores.

Chairs are upholstered in leatherette also independently. Before the transformation, they were rag. Initially, it was planned to cover them with leather, but it was not possible to find a suitable color.

Some decorative items were purchased from IKEA and TSUM.

In general, the result is an interesting and unusual kitchen interior in a modern apartment.
