Air conditioners have long been part of our lives. In summer, they save from the heat, and some also from the cold in winter. Royal Clima is an Italian manufacturer of climate control equipment, on the market since 2004. Their products are popular in Europe, and over the past few years, they have been in demand among residents of the CIS countries. If you want to get a high-quality assembled air conditioner / split system with a remote control, many operating modes, high power and reliability, then buy the Royal Clima air conditioner.
If you are just going to or have already purchased a split system from Royal Clima, but have lost the instructions for it, then read on - the principle of operation of the Royal air conditioner Clima, the purpose of the air conditioner, the device of the split system from Royal Clima, instructions on how to use the Royal Clima air conditioner, symbols and controls split system.

Royal Clima air conditioner, purpose, principle of operation
Like all air conditioners, Royal Clima is designed for cooling/heating and ventilation of air and objects in the living room. The company's products are not suitable for work in specialized / professional premises.
The principle of operation of air conditioners (split systems)
Each split system consists of two interconnected blocks - external and external. The principle of operation of each air conditioner and split system is based on the property of substances to absorb and release heat when change in the state of aggregation and pressure, that is, to be cold in the liquid state and heat up when gaseous. Refrigerants have these properties. Freon is used in air conditioners.
It all starts in the indoor unit - the fan sucks in air inside the unit. There it blows the pipes of the refrigeration circuit with gaseous refrigerant (warm). Through these tubes, freon goes to the external unit, where the compressor is located. The compressor increases the freon pressure. Because of this, freon first heats up, then cools, is blown with cold air from the street and turns into a liquid that absorbs heat. Liquid freon goes through the return pipes inside the indoor unit, passing through the expansion valve. The cold tubes absorb heat from the air, and at the outlet the fan blows cold air out.
A thermostatic expansion valve is needed to change the direction of movement of freon. That is, you can make it go in the opposite direction. Then, leaving the compressor, it will be hot, and hot it will go to the indoor unit. There it will blow air and heat up.
The device of the split system Royal Clima
The device of the split system Royal Clima - blocks, remote control, front panel.
As already mentioned, the system consists of two blocks - external and external. But there is also a control panel on the front of the indoor unit and a remote control. Let's analyze their device in order.

Indoor unit:
- Front side
- Air intake grilles
- Air filter
- Exhaust air grille
- Dampers for adjusting the direction of the supplied air (vertical and horizontal)
- Indicators
- expansion valve
- Fan
External block:
- Piping from indoor unit
- Condensate pipes
- air intake grille
- Air outlet grille
- Compressor
- Fan
Control Panel:
- Indicators (power, status, temperature, operating modes, timer)
- Start/shutdown button
Remote control (buttons):
- Turn on/off
- MODE - switching between operating modes
- SPEED - blown air speed control
- SLEEP - silent, economical mode (night)
- iFAVOR - return system settings to factory settings
- iFEEL - display of room/exhaust air temperature
- TIMER - self-off timer
- SWING - regulation of air direction with louvres
- TURBO - maximum power / turbo mode
- AntiFUNGUS - fighting mold inside the air conditioner
- Triangles - temperature control
How to use the air conditioner from Royal Clima, instructions for use and management of the Royal Clima split system.
In fact, controlling the air conditioner does not require much intelligence. If it is correctly installed, there are no leaks, then the entire instruction for use boils down to the following:
- Insert the plug from the air conditioner into a 50 hertz, 220 watt outlet.
- Press the on / off button on the remote control or in case of emergency / loss of the remote control on the indoor unit of the split system.
- Select the operating mode - night, turbo, automatic, cooling, dehumidification, ventilation, heating (all of them are described above in the section “Royal Clima split system device / Remote control (buttons)”).
- Set the desired air temperature using the triangle buttons on the remote control.
After a few minutes, the air conditioner will operate in the selected mode and blow out the set air temperature.
Make sure that the installation of the device is correct, that there are no leaks in the condensate drain pipes or circuit, the power wires are not damaged, otherwise the device may not work or work wrong.
