Such a device can be purchased or assembled independently. This is a fairly simple design, which consists of vertical racks. They are made of several fragments, which are connected by screws. The lower element rests against the table, performs the function of a support.
With the help of screws, it is attached to the surface, for example, a workbench. The carrier platform is equipped with a cylindrical rod. This is the stand, which provides a perpendicular position with respect to the table. - Attach the stand to the base using screws.
