Surely you have often heard the phrase that "absolutely all activities with gas equipment can be carried out exclusively by employees of a gas company." It is important to know that it must be understood literally and categorically. And we will explain what this means from a practical point of view.

Important! Let's say right away that we are talking about connecting gas stoves to the mains in an apartment or a private house. As for household appliances, where gas is supplied from a cylinder, such situations are not legally regulated.

Task number 1 - connection

It is forbidden to connect the gas stove on your own. And this applies not only to future users, but also to employees of the store where the stove was purchased (many of them offer installer services, which, of course, should be ignored).

Only employees of the gas company have the right to connect the gas stove to the mains.
