Peeled peaches should be folded into a saucepan, add 2 liters of water and boil for 5 minutes from the moment of boiling. Then carefully remove the peaches, put them in a jar and pour the water in which they were boiled.
Put the container with compote in a large saucepan with warm water, pre-spread the old towel on the bottom. Sterilize 15 minutes, roll up. The bank must also be turned over and wrapped so that it gradually cools.
