- Hydroxy derivatives of flavone. Positively affect the state of the nervous system, calming it and relieving irritability. This includes the antioxidant dihydroquartin, which is needed to strengthen the walls of veins, arteries and capillaries.

Preparations

- Cut the branch and remove the oak bark.

- Store from 3 to 5 years.

Not all tree species are suitable for harvesting. You can get the raw material only from Asia Minor, ordinary or rock oak.
For hair

- chop the plantain, mint, bark and dandelion leaves( all equally) before the formation of gruel;
- add 2-3 tsp.burdock / linseed oil and a little honey;
- slightly heat the contents;
- rub the resulting mass evenly into the hair roots;
- tightly roll up the head with food / plastic wrap, then put on a fitting cap( you can also have a towel);
- after 30-40 minutes, thoroughly wash the strands so that no fractions remain.
After 3-4 procedures, the girl will notice the result. Some recommend making such masks every day( there should be 10 such sessions).It is very important to listen to your feelings. If after such a session itching or burning appeared, it means that an allergic reaction has started.
Water treatment can be completed by rinsing the hair with a decoction of bark. You can cook it this way:
- 2 tbsp.lcrushed raw materials;
- pour 200 ml boiling water;
- to simmer on fire for up to 30 minutes;
- after shutdown to give a quarter of an hour;
- strain the decoction;
- add the same amount of boiled water to the volume.
This natural hair rinse degreases hair, makes it silky and restores the structure along its entire length. However, too concentrated infusions lead to dandruff.
All procedures are carried out in water baths. Then all the healing properties of the plant will be preserved.
Gum and throat health

Store the prepared rinse in the refrigerator for no more than 48 hours. Rinsing procedure is carried out every 1.5 hours, depending on the degree of complexity of the disease.
