Accurate centering and balancing of the tank with respect to the axis of rotation is of paramount importance, since in spin mode the tank rotates at high speed and the slightest disruption of balancing leads to increased machine vibration, high loads on bearings and shock absorbers, which shortens their service life.
When unpacking and installing the washing machine on a permanent workplace, it is necessary to remove the shipping bolts. Plugs, except for decorative purposes, prevent the ingress of moisture into the unit from the outside and drown out the sound of a running engine. If safety pins are installed instead of bolts in the typewriter, they are removed with pliers. To do this, grab the head of the pin with pliers and rotate 90 degrees to either side. In this case, the protrusions on the pin will coincide with the cutouts in the body of the machine, and it is freely removed from its place. It is recommended to save the removed fasteners together with the component parts for reuse if you need to transport the machine for repair or to another installation site in case of a move.

If you decide to transport a washing machine, then it should be cleaned, disconnect all hoses, drain the remaining water. Then install the shipping bolts in place, removing the pre-plugs. For this you need to equip them with sealing washers and safety pads, previously removed. When installing fasteners, it is important to accurately hit them with the ends of the threaded holes in the inside of the case, for which you will need certain skills. Remember transporting a washing machine without shipping bolts can have irreversible consequences.
It is possible that some efforts will be required to twist them into the seats, as the thread may clog during operation. If the exact installation of bolts prevents the tank, then you need to rotate it a little by hand. It is necessary to transport the machine in a vertical position, avoiding sharp blows. When carrying it is allowed to turn over in various positions, observing caution and smoothness of movements.
