The main thing in this preparation is garlic, so it will need a lot. The number of ingredients is taken at the rate of 1 kg of garlic and 1 liter of water( under the marinade).
For pickling you will need:
- kilogram of garlic;
- 2 pcs.medium-sized beets;
- 125 ml of vinegar;
- 4 cloves;
- 6 peppercorns;

- water.
