Gardeners who have experience in the cultivation of sweet cherries know that most varieties form tall trees, reaching a height of 5–8 meters without regular pruning. Cherry Fatezh grows up to 3-5 meters, which simplifies the collection of fruits and planting care.
Trees stand out with a spherical, medium-sized crown, which with age becomes more spreading or even drooping. Strong skeletal branches covered with smooth brown bark, depart from the main trunk at an obtuse angle. The young shoots are brown in color, and the thick short stem is grayish-brown.
The branches are covered with large, broadly lanceolate, with pointed tips and finely serrated edges of the leaves. The sheet plates are smooth, but unlike the usual in the middle lane, the cherries are not rigid. The upper side is distinguished by a slight shine and a brighter shade. The leaves are kept on strong petioles, turning into veined reliefs on the back side.
