  • cream with a fat content of at least 15% - about 300 ml;
  • hard cheese - 200 grams;

  • two medium garlic cloves;
  • pinch of chopped nutmeg;
  • salt and pepper as desired.

Cooking is recommended to start with the sauce. Combine cream and milk in a deep container. Both ingredients must be at room temperature.
