Not so long ago, a new construction tool appeared on the market, a pneumatic nailing gun - a neiler. Its smooth operation depends on the cleanliness of the internal parts. To clean the internal surfaces it must be partially disassembled, which is strictly prohibited by the instructions. Contrary to the instructions for use, it is better to clean it yourself than to hand it over for repair or purchase a new tool. I think everyone will agree with this.

During the operation of the nailing gun, over time, it begins to work incorrectly. Nails do not go to full depth, jamming of the trigger is possible. One of the most likely causes, the entrails are covered in dirt and condensation. To clean the gun of dirt, it is necessary to disassemble the shock mechanism.

Unscrew the back cover. It is usually fastened to four bolts with an internal hexagon or asterisk. Bolts of different nulerov may have differences in this. Carefully, without damaging the gasket, remove the cover. On its inner side there is a valve of a round and slightly oblong shape, it controls the air supply to the piston. Carefully pull it out.

A shock mechanism is installed in the gun body. Consists of; the cylinder inside which the piston is mounted. A rod, acting as a shock striker, is rigidly attached to it. We take a thin reinforcement that is suitable in diameter, from the side of the front of the case we rest it in the shock part of the rod, squeeze the piston with the rod out of the sleeve.

There is a rubber o-ring on the piston, we check for wear. Without the need for replacement, removing it is not recommended. High probability of spoiling.

Then carefully remove the cylinder. A rubber cuff is installed in front of it, a centering bracket is mounted around the outside, remove it. Under it on the sleeve there are two rubber rings, we do not touch them. This disassembly is over. We clean off all accumulated dirt and condensate using any available means, to a perfect shine, rinse, dry. Assemble in reverse order.

During assembly, there may be a problem with the installation of the piston with the rod. The stem must fall exactly into its hole, strictly at its own angle. A flashlight located in front of the front of the case will help facilitate the matter.

Condensation and dirt builds up quickly when working outside in the cold season. Fall out of the compressor reservoir. Particles of dirty oil with water can damage the tool in a short time. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the nailing gun at least once a month.
