A very stylish and fashionable solution is a brick wall in the interior. However, loft-style apartments are rarely made. Brick owners of most types of housing have to imitate. However, this can be done in such a way that no one will notice the difference.

Ideally, brickwork can be found under the plaster. In this case, it will be easy to get a mysterious and warm interior, because it is enough to put the existing masonry in order and cover it with matte varnish. But in urban apartments under the plaster may not be brick, but concrete or even tow. There are several ways to simulate masonry in this situation. For this, you can use, for example, stylized wallpaper. The masonry rhythm and the special brick texture have now been learned to recreate the manufacturers of this finishing material. Individual bricks may even be rough to the touch. Since the wallpaper is thin, the wall thickness does not increase.
The main problem is the inability to reliably reproduce an uneven surface and volume. But this solution looks great, does not require large investments.

Another budget option is polystyrene bricks. Lightweight and soft material is much easier to mount. Foamed plastics can be found in boxes that are used to transport household appliances and furniture. You can also use ceiling panels to create foam brick. With special glue, you just need to fix the carved bricks to the wall. Then they can be painted in any color, after giving the texture with sandpaper.

Falkirkichi is also sometimes made of cardboard. A more pronounced texture is obtained if we take corrugated material. Prepared elements are fixed according to the marking with hot-melt adhesive or PVA glue. Those with decoupage technique can make the texture as interesting as possible. Thin paper napkins smeared with glue will help create bumps. After varnishing, the wall is coated after painting in the desired color.

Using plaster, you can also imitate a brick wall. Strips of tape in this case, you need to outline the seams. After this, apply plaster or tile adhesive mixed with paint. The tape is removed after the mixture has completely dried. Emery paper gives the desired shape to the bricks. Any color can be used for coloring, however, it is advisable to apply the paint with a sponge, since the uneven and dull texture in this case will be more obvious.
