Repair in a one-room apartment usually rarely involves serious material investments, as the owners very often they expect that over time they will acquire a larger area in terms of quadrature and number of rooms. Various flaws in this case can be considered the norm.

Further on the photo you can see how the room was transformed. Only one unpleasant trifle catches your eye - a brightly green mop hidden behind a cabinet against the wall.

The contrast of what came before and what came out in the end is colossal! From this, the result seems even more valuable. The floor was a “multi-layer cake” of several layers of linoleum of different times, between which one could see an unfavorable picture in the form of insect debris and other dirt. The top layer was a carelessly cut piece of carpet. The ceiling was tiled, but now it is made of drywall.

The kitchen is angular and on both sides on the walls in the working area there are roof rails with shelves made of brushed nickel, which go well with the material from which the chandelier and handles are made on the kitchen set.

A cabinet with open shelves is not yet full. Here it is planned to place some decorative elements of the kitchen theme.

The following is a photo of cabinets with open doors. The location of some items will probably change, but now you can see how spacious the wall cabinets turned out to be.

Some of the wall cabinets are still empty. These are 80- and 30-centimeter constructions, in which even new built-in equipment can be placed.

Drying for plates and other utensils is traditionally located at the top; such use of it seems familiar and convenient.

This includes: a tray, a separate strip for glasses, plate and glass holders.

Under the sink, like everyone else, is a trash bin. But it does not just stand in the cabinet, but is installed on a special retractable structure from IKEA, which turned out to be very convenient to use. You can pull out the bin during cooking, peel vegetables, fish, eggs and other products above it, push it back with a flick of the wrist. This design is especially convenient for large buckets.

Below, next to this design, a corner shelf is made where household chemicals are stored.

Along the smaller wall at the bottom of the kitchen set built-in appliances: washing machine and dishwasher.

In the corner cupboard above there is a place for tea, coffee and some dishes.

The photo below shows open drawers. It should be noted that the lower part of the kitchen does not have cabinets with hinged doors. Retractable structures have proven to be much more convenient to use.

Here you can see a convenient tray made of wood for cutlery, which was purchased at IKEA. It has all the necessary compartments for forks, spoons, bottle openers and other auxiliary items that no housewife can do without. The compartments are quite wide, so there is the opportunity to buy plastic dividers and subsequently decompose in an even more convenient way.

Also in one of the drawers are stored spices in jars, in the other - a mixer, tablecloths. By the way, this box is quite roomy, and a blender and a crock-pot can easily enter it.

Under the hob there are two drawers, one of which is still empty, and the other stores cereals and other loose ones.

Next is a 30-centimeter drawer with three tiers. This solution was very convenient to use. On the lower tier are bottles of vegetable oil, sealed transparent cans with cereals, and on small tiers are graters, wooden sticks, bags - in a word, everything that is usually stored in the kitchen in drawers.

A large beautiful service for 12 people is stored above the oven. Here are deep salad bowls and other dishes of rare use. Pans, pans, bowls, dishes for a microwave oven and other voluminous objects are stored under the oven.

There is also a drawer under the refrigerator. Here are flat kitchen utensils such as trays and baking sheets.

Repair in the kitchen, carried out taking into account the needs of the hostess, always has convenient functionality and pleases the eye.
