Chicken Breasts with spinach - cooking recipe with video

Not so long ago I was looking at Youtube on different videos - I like to do it if there is free time. I watched a very interesting video... The video was devoted to the process of cooking chicken breasts stuffed with spinach. Voice-overs spoke in English, however - everything was understandable without translation. I really love spinach, I grow it all summer, so I was interested in the recipe. Moreover, it is very simple. This dish is quite easy to prepare. So how to cook chicken breasts with spinach?   • 2 chicken breasts (4 halves) without skin, bones;
  • 300 gr of spinach leaves;
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (100 g);
  • 1/2 cup grated hard cheese (I use Dutch - it is more salty than others);
  • 1 medium head of garlic (5-6 teeth);
  • 4 thin slices of bacon;
  • salt, black pepper - to taste.

How to cook:

Wash the chicken breasts. Each cut along into two halves - will be 4 pieces.

Each piece of chicken breasts to be beaten with a hammer so that the thickness of each was not thicker than 1 A little bit of salt and pepper. Set aside.

Spinach leaves to wash, shake off excess water. Put in a ceramic or glass bowl - place in a microwave for 3 minutes. After a minute, take out a bowl of spinach. Mix. Then put again in the microwave. Repeat three times until spinach leaves "settle". You can put them out in a deep frying pan or boil in slightly salted water for 1-2 minutes.

Grate cheese on a large grater.

Peel, finely chop several cloves of garlic. Add garlic to taste. Someone likes more... and someone adds it a little bit for the flavor.

Add sour cream to the bowl with spinach, grated cheese, finely chopped garlic, add salt, you can pepper. Mix.

For each slice of chicken breast, put 1-2 tablespoons of spinach mixture. Roll up with a roll. Scrape with a wooden skewer or tie with threads. Then each chicken roll is wrapped in a thin plate of bacon.

Put the cooked rolls in a heat-resistant dish. Place them in a preheated oven to 200 ° C. Then increase the oven temperature to 250 °. Bake until brown brown for 30-35 minutes.
