They serve it more often as a dessert, but there are also meat masterpieces. An orange beauty, baked in the oven with pieces, just melts in the mouth. All recipes for cooking pumpkin, baked in the oven, are very simple and do not require any time, no special culinary knowledge, or expensive ingredients.
Pumpkin baked in the oven with pieces of sugar
For dessert, sweet pumpkin varieties, for example, nutmeg or pear-shaped, are considered to be the most suitable. In this case, sweeteners: sugar, syrup, honey will take quite a bit, and if necessary (in the case of a special diet), you can do without them.
- 750-850 g of pumpkin;
- 45-55 g of granulated sugar;
- 45-55 g of butter (cream);
- 1 \ 4 tbsp. purified water.
This is the simplest version of how to bake a pumpkin in the oven in pieces, which will require a minimum of products, activities and efforts.
- Wash the pumpkin, cut off the tail and, cutting in half, remove the core with the seeds.
- Pulp cut into pieces 1-2 cm wide and about 3-6 cm long, which must be beautifully laid on a baking sheet, pre-oiled (use 1/3 cooked oil!).

Pumpkin dessert with honey
